Harvest Farm provides an excellent setting for inexpensive,
local mission work. During the last six years we have set aside the summer
months, June, July, and August, for youth groups from all over Colorado
and many other states.
We offer youth groups a chance to face the challenges of working on
a farm, and also give them a chance to work side-by-side with the men
who are going through our New Life Program. This allows young people
to build relationships with the men, hear their stories, and learn about
the struggles of drug and alcohol addictions and issues of homelessness.
It also allows the youth to minister to the staff and residents of Harvest
Farm as they share their joy of life.

Youth Groups who come to Harvest Farm have access to:
- A 20-person cabin
- Tent sites located throughout our campground
- Bathroom and shower facility
- Activities on the farm including meals and devotions
- We do not have a set fee we charge for the use of our facilities.
There is always a variety of work to be done on the farm. Visiting
youth groups can serve in our agricultural area by helping care for
animals,
gardens, and crops; in our maintenance area by helping with the upkeep
of buildings and grounds; and in our kitchen area by helping prepare
meals and cleaning. The summer months are always filled with large
projects and improvements, which groups may donate towards and work
on during
their stay.
Harvest Farm is located on 100 acres in Wellington, Colorado just 70
miles North of Denver. From the campground, visitors can observe the
beauty of the majestic Rocky Mountains.
